How you make a difference
As a Leadership Development Manager, you'll spearhead the creation and execution of vital leadership development initiatives, such as new leader orientation and comprehensive workshops. Collaborating closely with L&OD leadership, you'll craft and execute a robust strategy for nurturing leadership talent within Wellpath. In addition to facilitating workshops and refining leadership competencies, you'll continuously enhance resources and tools to empower leaders across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a strategic leadership development framework aligned with Wellpath's goals, defining essential competencies and ensuring integration with talent management and performance strategies.
Design and implement tailored leadership programs utilizing diverse methodologies such as blended learning and coaching to create immersive learning experiences addressing specific organizational needs.
Facilitate leadership development workshops and training sessions, providing personalized guidance and feedback to enhance leadership effectiveness across all levels.
Conduct thorough needs assessments and gap analyses to identify development opportunities, collaborating with senior leaders to create actionable plans for leadership development.
Engage with stakeholders including learning governance councils and HR partners to align programs with organizational needs, continuously evaluate program impact, and integrate industry best practices to enhance leadership development initiatives.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- College degree in Leadership Development, Human Resources Management, Instructional Technologies, or closely related field; or related experience required.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Human Resources field with emphasis on Leadership Development.
Advanced knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint required.
Prefer knowledge of Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools such as Articulate, Canva, and Vyond.
