How you make a difference
The Clinical Services Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operations of clinics, including staffing, scheduling, intake, pharmacy, and managing sick calls.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and oversee all nursing staff activities, including scheduling, health assessments, and patient care plans.
Ensure compliance with state guidelines and policies, and identify potential issues and propose corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records and statistics, including staffing levels, inventory, and patient care.
Assist with staff training and evaluations, and conduct regular meetings to identify problems and propose solutions.
Maintain a professional and high standard of patientcare andattend institutional staff meetings as directed.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing
Experience
- Prefer a minimum of one-year clinical experience; Minimum of one-year correctional experience; Minimum of one-year of supervisor/scheduling experience;
Licenses/Certifications
Must have and maintain current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse within the State (minimum requirement)
Must be able to obtain and maintain CPR certification.
